As you progress with a course of Chiropractic care, you will likely see a reduction in your symptoms, better movement, better sleep and a feeling of improvement.
Once your symptoms are improved you may then choose to leave Chiropractic until your problem comes back OR you may wish to continue with your journey to PREVENT recurrence of your problem, MAINTAIN your progress and OPTIMISE your health.
Our Chiropractors will guide you as to how long it will take to see progress and how many visits you will likely require. There are factors that will affect how long it will take to improve like the type of condition you have, the length of time you have had your problem, your fitness levels, your age, your work and other underlying medical conditions.
