Exercises for s.i. joint
The Sacro-iliac joints (S.I. joints) are located at the base of your spine and join the pelvis to the spine. Problems with these are seen every week at our Practice. In fact around 30% of all the problems we see are related to these joints. They are complex and are involved in many movements your body does. They are often affected when other parts of your body become dysfunctional, for example your lumbar spine or your hip joints. As such we are highly experienced in helping with S.I. problems and these exercises outlined on the video can often assist when you have pain.
You should only do the exercises that our Chiropractor prescribes for you following your initial assessment and examination. If in doubt, please contact us for advice.
