Sciatica (inflammation of your sciatic nerve) is a painful condition that often disturbs your sleep. It can fluctuate greatly in terms of pain. These exercises may help. Often the sciatic nerve gets overstretched and irritated and nerves do not like that one little bit. These exercises encourage your sciatic nerve to glide through the surrounding tissues rather than being overstretched and irritated. There are lots of different exercises available to try and help but these are the three that we find have most success in practice.
